The Flight

From Launch
to Return

Learn about our BLK3 reusable rocket, its planned capabilities, and how a payload mission is designed to work.

Background On The Rocket

The BLK3 Suborbital Reusable Launch Vehicle (SRLV) is the latest vehicle in EXOS Aerospace's SARGE family of reusable rockets. Built with extensive carbon fiber composite materials and greater propellant capacity, BLK3 expands our suborbital payload capabilities. Planned to launch from Spaceport America in New Mexico, it aims to carry payloads up to 135 kg to an altitude of approximately 100–110 km. BLK3 is designed to support research, technology demonstrations, commercial payloads, and other qualified missions requiring access to the suborbital flight environment. Planned to launch in early 2027.

The Process

1

Define Your Payload

Define what you want to fly, what you hope to learn, and your payload's requirements.

2

Review & Safety

Our team evaluates your payload on size, compatibility, flight requirements, and safety.

3

Integration

Once approved, your payload is prepared and installed on the BLK3 vehicle.

4

Flight

BLK3 is designed to carry payloads through launch, ascent, the microgravity phase, descent, and landing.

5

Recovery & Analysis

The mission is designed around recovery, so payloads can be inspected, results analyzed, and future tests planned.
