EXOS Aerospace: A Public Overview of Who We Are and What We’re Building

As space becomes more visible and more crowded, clarity matters.

On Thursday, January 22nd at 6:00pm CT, EXOS Aerospace will host a public, informational overview call to share who we are, what we’re building, and how we think about reusable spaceflight, rapid iteration, and capital-efficient space infrastructure.

This session is intended to provide a general overview of EXOS Aerospace and our work across reusable launch and space infrastructure.

Why We’re Hosting This Call

EXOS Aerospace operates at the intersection of reusable suborbital launch, hypersonic testing, and integrated pressurized structures for space systems.

In addition to flight operations, EXOS is advancing composite pressurized structures through our work with Scorpius Space Launch Company, whose linerless composite tank technology has supported missions that have flown to orbit and landed on the Moon. Together, these capabilities support faster learning cycles, lower cost structures, and more efficient space system development.

As interest in space continues to grow, we’ve seen an increasing number of questions about:

  • What EXOS actually does day to day

  • How reusable suborbital platforms fit into the broader space ecosystem

  • Why iteration and reusability matter before scale

  • How integrated pressurized structures impact launch vehicles, spacecraft, and long-duration systems

  • Where we see momentum across commercial and defense-aligned space activity

This call is an opportunity to address those questions directly.

What We’ll Cover

During the 30-minute session, EXOS leadership will walk through:

  • Who EXOS Aerospace is and our mission

  • Our reusable launch capabilities and flight history

  • How suborbital platforms enable testing, validation, and rapid iteration

  • Our work in integrated pressurized structures, including composite cryogenic tanks and space-qualified systems

  • How EXOS fits into the evolving space, defense, and infrastructure landscape

  • High-level direction and focus areas for the company

We will also reserve time at the end for Q&A. Questions will be pre-submitted during registration so we can keep the discussion focused and useful for everyone attending.

About Investor Conversations

EXOS is currently engaged in conversations with accredited investors, strategic partners, and institutions. While this call will acknowledge that those discussions are underway, there will be no solicitation, no offering details, and no investment ask during the session.

For those who are accredited and interested in learning more after the call, we’ll share a path to continue the conversation privately.
