Reusable Flight Test Services
EXOS provides reusable suborbital flight test services for teams developing space, defense, research, and advanced technology payloads.
Our role is simple: we provide and operate the flight platform so your team can access a real flight environment without building, owning, or operating a launch vehicle.
That means you can test earlier, recover hardware, review data, and iterate with less risk before committing to a full-scale orbital mission or larger flight campaign.

Wet Lease Rocket Program
EXOS offers a wet lease rocket program for organizations that want access to reusable suborbital flight capability without starting from zero.
In the early phase, EXOS provides the vehicle, launch operations, training, and mission support. Your team gains real flight experience while reducing the upfront burden of developing, licensing, and operating a launch system independently.
Over time, the wet lease model can support a path toward full vehicle acquisition and customer-operated launch capability.
This gives government, university, research, and commercial teams a practical way to build internal launch experience, validate mission needs, and grow into ownership with an experienced operator alongside them.
The goal is not just a single flight.
The goal is repeatable access, operational confidence, and a clearer path to owning and operating reusable suborbital launch infrastructure.
-
Integrated Structures and Orbital Vehicle Development
EXOS also works with advanced vehicle and structures technologies that support the next generation of reusable launch systems.
Through our relationship with Scorpius Space Launch Company, EXOS is connected to Type V composite pressurized structure technology, including integrated tank architectures designed to reduce part count, simplify operations, and support repeatable reuse.
For orbital vehicle developers, this matters because reusability is not only a vehicle design challenge. It is an operations challenge.
The more a system can reduce complexity, inspection burden, and turnaround time, the closer it gets to practical flight cadence.
-
Schedule a Flight Campaign
EXOS flight campaigns give teams a practical way to raise technology readiness before committing to a larger, more expensive mission.
With BLK3, customers can fly custom payloads of up to 135 kg beyond 100 km, then recover the payload after flight for inspection, analysis, and iteration.
Instead of losing hardware on orbit or waiting months between test opportunities, teams can review flight data, inspect the payload, make adjustments, and prepare for the next flight campaign.
For programs developing space technology, defense systems, research payloads, or commercial hardware, this creates a faster path from concept to qualification.
Once qualified through the NASA IDIQ pathway, EXOS expects to support recurring flight campaigns with minimal downtime between flights, allowing customers to build toward repeatable, cost-effective advancement over time.
If your team needs to validate hardware, collect real flight data, or reduce risk before a larger mission, we can help structure a campaign around what you need to learn.
