Honoring Those Who Serve: Veterans Day at EXOS Aerospace

This Veterans Day, we pause to honor the men and women who have served our country, including many on our own EXOS Aerospace team.

Service, discipline, and dedication to mission are values that define our company culture, and that’s no coincidence: over 50% of our staff are proud U.S. military veterans.

Our CEO, John Quinn, a U.S. Navy veteran, leads EXOS with that same spirit of integrity, resilience, and innovation forged through years of service. Those principles continue to guide everything we do - from designing reusable launch systems that expand access to space, to advancing composite cryogenic structures that support both commercial and defense missions.

At EXOS, we see every launch, test, and project as a team effort built on trust, precision, and the commitment to never quit until the mission is complete. That mindset mirrors the one our veterans brought home from their years in uniform.

Today and every day, we’re proud to stand alongside those who have worn our nation’s uniform and those who continue to serve in new ways, by pushing the boundaries of aerospace and innovation here at home.

To all veterans, especially those on our team, thank you for your service, sacrifice, and leadership.
