November 4, 2025 – Dallas, TX
EXOS Aerospace CEO and Co-Founder John Quinn recently joined an impressive lineup of investors and executives to judge the UT Dallas Startup Pitch Night, a Shark Tank–style event spotlighting emerging student founders and their innovative business ideas.
Hosted by UT Dallas’ Entrepreneurship Club, the event brought together representatives from Microsoft for Startups, Texas Capital Bank, and several venture capital and legal firms - including Sentient Ventures, MP45 Venture Studio, and White Summers Caffee & James LLP - to provide real-time feedback and funding insights to the next generation of entrepreneurs.
The pitch competition featured student-led startups spanning technology, AI, healthcare, and sustainability - reflecting the university’s growing reputation as a hub for innovation in North Texas.
“It’s exciting to see such a strong entrepreneurial mindset coming out of UT Dallas,” said Quinn. “Events like this show that innovation isn’t limited to Silicon Valley - there’s incredible talent and potential right here in Texas.”
