Multi-Skilled Machinist and CNC Programmer

Mike is a Multi-Skilled Machinist and CNC Programmer at EXOS Aerospace, where he supports the rapid development and production of advanced rocket systems. He brings together the technical precision of CNC programming and machining with the hands-on leadership needed to keep the machine shop running efficiently and producing high-quality flight hardware.

Before joining EXOS, Mike spent more than 20 years in manufacturing as a CNC machinist, programmer, and Quality Control professional. He has extensive experience with AS9100 quality systems, First Article Inspections, AS9102 documentation, and CMM programming, helping ensure components meet the strict standards required for aerospace and defense applications.

Mike brings a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset to every project, whether he is developing optimized toolpaths in SolidCAM, setting up complex jobs on equipment, or mentoring shop team members on best practices.

Outside of work, Mike is a dedicated family man who enjoys hands-on projects at home. He loves restoring and modifying vehicles and spending time on the water fishing. On and off the clock, he is always looking for ways to solve problems and build things better.
