About EXOS
The Team Behind
the Flight
We build reusable flight systems to support flight test services for orbital development, defense, research, commercial payload missions, and more.
Who We Are
EXOS Aerospace is one of only three FAA-licensed reusable suborbital launch operators in the United States, providing flight test services for orbital development, defense, research, commercial payload missions, and more.
Our team has over 25 years of combined experience in real flight environments before moving to full-scale orbital launches. Through reusable propulsion systems, advanced structural designs, and disciplined operations, we help reduce program risk and support a faster path to orbital readiness.

What Sets Us Apart
Reusable Rocket Technology
Our recoverable, reusable rockets are designed for multi-flight turnaround that helps reduce costs and support suborbital missions at a sustainable cadence.
Advanced Tank Technology
We use TRL 9 & moon-proven tank technologies from our partner Scorpius Space Launch Company (SSLC). SSLC specializes in LOX/methane cryogenic Type-5 CFR methods — a safer, more efficient alternative to traditional hydrazine propellants.
Cost Efficiency
Our cost-effective launch services make suborbital space affordable, with operational costs that represent less than 1% of competitors' operational costs. Our reusable rocket systems keep costs low so the suborbital environment is accessible.
Exclusive Licensing
We are one of only three FAA-licensed reusable suborbital launch operators in the United States — holding an FAA Part 431 launch license and actively transitioning to Part 450.
Our Vision
EXOS Aerospace is building the reusable flight infrastructure required for the next era of space systems. We believe sustained access to space — repeatable, scalable, and operational — is the foundation for advancing national development, fostering economic scientific discovery, strengthening national capability, and expanding economic opportunity.
Our long-term vision extends beyond suborbital launch. We are advancing integrated composite structures and propulsion architectures that support orbital transfer vehicles, Earth-to-Lunar logistics, and sustained space access.
Through disciplined engineering and reusable systems, we are helping make SPACEavailable℠ for the missions that matter.
